FAQ

Once you have decided you would like to start your counselling sessions with me, I will send you a client information form along with a contract. The information form and contract should be completed before the start of our session together. 

I recognise that the first session with a new counsellor can be daunting, I want to reassure you that that feeling is natural. I will guide you through the first session, we will revisit the contract and I will answer any questions you have. 

We will then discuss what is going on for you and how you would like to move forward. 

My fee for indivdual Counselling £55- £60 for a 50-minute session.

 My garden office is based in Whinmoor Leeds 14.

 I offer online sessions too 

BA (Hons) Degree in therapeutic counselling 2:1

Level 4 Diploma in therapeutic counselling.

I keep up to date with CPD (continued professional development) by completing short course. This will change frequently Some of the most recent courses I have completed are;

I am in the process of completing a couple counselling course 

We are all individual and one size doesn’t fit all, we will have a review every six sessions to see how you are finding the sessions, if you are getting what you need and if you are making the progress you imagined. This can be discussed  at any stage of your journey so if you have something that is bothering you, please bring it to the session. I feel that honesty is one of the most important parts of our relationship and I welcome you to speak to me about anything.
