Once you have decided you would like to start your sessions with me, I will send you a client information form along with a contract. The information form and contract should be completed before the start of our session together.
I recognise that the first session with a new Counsellor/ Coach can be daunting, I want to reassure you that that feeling is natural. I will guide you through the first session, we will revisit the contract and I will answer any questions you have.
We will then discuss what is going on for you and how you would like to move forward.
Sessions are offered in the following ways:
In person from my garden office in Whinmoor, Leeds LS14
or from Unmasked Neurodiversity Network CIC, Seacroft
Online sessions, available across the UK
£60 for a 50-minute session
£90 for a 75-minute session
The same fees apply to both counselling and coaching.
A longer session may be recommended at the start, particularly for coaching, to allow more time to explore what has brought you to the work and what you are hoping for.
There is no obligation to continue beyond any session.
Payment and Booking
All sessions are offered on a private-pay basis.
Payment details and cancellation terms are outlined clearly in the counselling or coaching contract provided before work begins.
ICF Advanced Certificate in Neurodiversity for Coaching (in progress)
BA (Hons) Degree in therapeutic counselling 2:1
Level 4 Diploma in therapeutic counselling.
I keep up to date with CPD (continued professional development) by completing short course. This will change frequently Some of the most recent courses I have completed are;
Working with shame
ADHD in the counselling room
Trauma
Inner Child Work
Couples Counselling
Rewind Technique
CBT
I recognise that everyone is individual and that one size does not fit all.
We will review the work every six sessions to check how you are finding the sessions, whether the support is meeting your needs, and whether the work feels aligned with the progress you hoped for.
Reviews are not limited to set points, and you are welcome to raise anything at any stage of your journey. If something is bothering you or not feeling right, please bring this into the session so we can talk it through together.
Honesty is an important part of our working relationship. I welcome open conversations and value your feedback, as this helps ensure the work remains supportive, respectful, and meaningful for you.
