Coaching offers practical, compassionate and future focused support for adults who want to feel more capable, confident and in control of their life. I specialise in coaching neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, autism or suspected neurodivergence, who often feel overwhelmed, misunderstood or stuck.
My approach combines life coaching, wellbeing coaching and workplace coaching, giving you support that is tailored to your whole life, not just one part of it. Together, we look at what is getting in your way and create realistic strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
Life can feel chaotic, confusing or exhausting when your brain works differently. You may know what you want to change, but struggle to get started, keep going or stay organised.
Life and wellbeing coaching gives you space to explore your goals, build self understanding and make changes that feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
This can include support with:
• daily routines and structure
• emotional overload and burnout
• confidence and self worth
• communication and relationships
• managing sensory or emotional demands
• reducing shame around ND traits
• understanding your needs and values
• rebuilding trust in yourself
• untangling old patterns around people pleasing or masking
This is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you build a life that matches who you are.
If you struggle with:
• organisation and planning
• motivation
• procrastination
• task switching
• focus and attention
• overwhelm
• starting or finishing tasks
ADHD and executive functioning coaching can help you understand what is happening in your brain and learn strategies that work for your unique rhythm, energy and capacity.
This support is especially valuable for late diagnosed adults who are trying to unlearn years of shame and unrealistic expectations.
If you are employed, self employed or looking for work, you may be able to access funded coaching through the Access to Work scheme.
This coaching focuses on:
• managing overwhelm at work
• communication styles and workplace relationships
• building routines and structure
• breaking down tasks
• managing sensory and cognitive load
• regulating emotions in high pressure situations
• handling meetings and expectations
• improving confidence at work
• learning how to advocate for your needs
Access to Work recognises ND coaching as a specialist support, which is why coaching rates are higher than counselling. You can nominate me as your preferred provider, and I can guide you through the application.
