Living Unmasked coaching is for neurodivergent adults who are ready to look forward and explore what comes next.
Many people arrive at this point after a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, a period of deep reflection, or realising that the life they have been living was shaped more by expectation than choice.
You may feel uncertain, flat, or unsure how to move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
Coaching offers space to reconnect with what matters to you, clarify direction, and begin shaping a future that feels more aligned, intentional, and true.
Living Unmasked coaching focuses on purpose, authenticity, and forward movement. Sessions may support you to:
This work is not about fixing yourself. It is about reclaiming who you are and choosing how you want to live.
For many neurodivergent adults, looking ahead can feel complex when past experiences required constant adjustment or self-monitoring.
In this coaching, we gently explore:
Purpose here is not a single destination. It is about living in a way that feels more truthful, connected, and alive.
Coaching is future-focused and centred on choice and direction.
If at any point counselling would be more appropriate, this will be discussed openly and support with next steps will be offered.
My approach to coaching is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-aware, and grounded in both professional training and lived experience.
Coaching sessions are collaborative and reflective, with a focus on purpose, direction, and living more authentically.
I work ethically and with clear boundaries. Coaching and counselling are different forms of support, and it is important that these roles remain separate.
I cannot work with the same person as both a coach and a counsellor. This would create a dual relationship, which is not considered good or ethical practice. For this reason, if you are currently receiving counselling with me, I am not able to offer you coaching, and vice versa.
If you are interested in coaching and recognise that counselling may also be beneficial, we can talk this through during an initial conversation. I am happy to help you think about what type of support feels most appropriate at this time and, where helpful, I can suggest other therapists or services for counselling support.
At times, it may also become clear during coaching that counselling would be a better fit for what you are experiencing. If this happens, we will discuss this openly and sensitively, and I will support you with signposting or referrals rather than continuing coaching inappropriately.
Sessions are paced around your capacity. There is no pressure to disclose more than feels safe, move faster than you are ready for, or present yourself in any particular way. The aim is to create a supportive, respectful space where you can explore what feels true for you and where you want to go next.
This coaching may be a good fit if you:
If you’re unsure whether you need counselling, coaching or both, we can talk about what feels most supportive for you.
